Dr. Carter is an associate professor at the ETSU Quillen College of Medicine. She completed her medical degree at the East Tennessee State University and her residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. She is board certified by the American Board of OB/GYN.

Kent S. Hjerpe, MD, FACOG

Johnson City Location

Dr. Hjerpe is an associate professor at the ETSU Quillen College of Medicine. He received his medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas. He completed his residency at the Methodist Medical Center / UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. He is board certified by the American Board of OB/GYN.

Minimally invasive and advanced laparoscopic surgery; vaginal surgery; hysteroscopic sterilization; pelvic pain; abnormal uterine bleeding; family - oriented childbirth.

Sheri Holmes, MD

Johnson City Location

Dr. Holmes is an assistant professor, vice chair, and tenured faculty at the ETSU Quillen College of Medicine. She received a BSN from ETSU in 1989. Her medical degree was completed at ETSU/QCOM in 2001. She completed her residency at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA in 2005.

Jessica E. Murphy, M.D.

Johnson City Location

Dr. Murphy is an assistant professor at the ETSU Quillen College of Medicine. She completed her medical degree and masters of public health at the University of South Florida and her OB/GYN residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. She is board certified by the American Board of OB/GYN.

Martin E. Olsen, MD

Johnson City Location

Dr. Olsen is a professor at ETSU Quillen College of Medicine. He completed medical school at the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo in 1985. He completed his Family Medicine residency at the Akron General Medical Center in Akron, Ohio in 1988 and OB/GYN residency at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1991. He was board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology in 1993 and Family Medicine in 1988.

Ann Rouse, MD

Johnson City Location

Dr. Rouse is an assistant professor and tenured faculty at the ETSU Quillen College of Medicine. She completed her medical degree at the University of Miami in 2000. She completed her residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston.

Olga Sarkodie, MD

Johnson City Location

Dr. Sarkodie is an associate professor at the ETSU Quillen College of Medicine. She completed her medical degree at the Minsk State Medical Institute in Belarus and her residency at ETSU/QCOM in Johnson City, TN. She also received a second graduate degree in International Law from the President's of Belarus Academy in 1998.

Anna K. Justice, WHNP

Johnson City Location

Anna Justice is a board certified women's health nurse practitioner. She has earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree as well as her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in Nashville, TN. She has been working as a women's health nurse practitioner since 2000.

Andrea Hensley, N.P.

Johnson City Location

Andrea Hensley is a board certified nurse practitioner. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, TN. She has been working as a nurse practitioner since 2014.
